VINOBLE Open 2022
- one of the largest team tournaments in Europe
VINOBLE Open is a team tournament for all bridge players.
In order to give everyone a fair chance of winning prizes the tournament is played in handicap seeded rows.
Tournament format
The A-row consists of the 14 strongest team and the following rows will consist of approx. 30 teams.
Registration
The tournament is open for all bridge players and it is not required that you are a member of a DBf club. You can register your team here.

The price is DKK 1.400,- for each team. Juniors under the age of 25 get a 50% discount if they play on mixed teams. The prize for a complete team of juniors is 700 DKK.
Sunday, July 10 2022 at 12 pm (noon) will be your last chance to register your team for VINOBLE Open.

Prizes
The amount is the same in all rows:
1. place: DKK 4.000,- for the team
2. place: DKK 3.000,- for the team

Board-a-match (BAM)
For the first time you and your team can play in a board-a-match team tournament at national level in Denmark.
What is BAM?
BAM is a different way of playing a team tournament. The scoring system is more similar to the principles of a pair tournament than the IMP scale used for traditional team tournaments.
At a BAM tournament you compare each game at two tables and a game is either won, lost or there is a tie. If one ot the teams for example scores 110 as North/South and the other team has only scored 100 in the North/South position - the first team has won the game 2-0. A tie is defined as 1-1.
Tournament format
The BAM tournament is a played as a Silver Point tournament, where a minimum of 42 games is played.
The tournament requires a minimum of 6 participating teams.
Please note: there will not be made HAC regulations for this tournament.
Registration
All bridge players are welcome to participate in this tournament, membership of the Danish Bridge Federation is not required.
You can register your team here (max 4 players).
The price is 500 DKK per team. There is a 50% discount for juniors on mixed teams. The price for complete team of juniors is 250 DKK.
