You will find the Information Booth in the hall in Idrætscentret. Opening hours is from approx. 9.00 – 19.00 (9am till 7pm) every day. If you are not in Svendborg you can call us at (+45) 9189 5213.
You can buy your tickets to all the bronze- and silver tournaments, as well as food tickets in the Information Booth. The Information Booth accepts cash, credit card and MobilePay.
If you purchase your bronze ticket in the Information Booth the price is 100 DKK, if you wait and buy the ticket at the bridge table, the price is 120 DKK. The price for a silver tournament ticket is 150 DKK if you pre-purchase your ticket at the booth and 170 DKK at the table. All juniors (under the age of 25) will get a discount of 50%.
Lost & Found – You can also drop off and pick up lost items at the Information Desk
At the venue there is a bridge café, which is open every day all day.
In the café you can find a wide selection of foods and beverages.
On Monday and Tuesday during the Philipson Wine Open, we will also have a satellite café offering drinks and a limited selection from the main café.
On Monday, July 6, a hot meal will be available to enjoy at the satellite café. Tickets can be purchased in the Information Desk.
The café accepts card and cash.

All Tournament Directors will wear a white shirt with a DBf logo on the chest. All other officials will be wearing a blue shirt with a DBf logo on the chest.

Results, hand records and frequency sheets will be posted in the playing rooms and online.
There are 400 parking spaces at Svendborg Sports Center. Parking is allowed without time restrictions in all designated areas in front of and to the right of the SG building.
During the Philipson Wine Open, parking may become limited, and we therefore refer you to the parking spaces at SESG, Svendborg Business School & Gymnasiums. The additional parking spaces are located at Skovsbovej 43 – just a few hundred meters from the sports center.
Parking on the grass is not permitted. Please remember that there must be room for everyone, so be considerate when parking your car.

Danish Masterpoints are awarded in all tournaments, so please remember your danish number (available at the Information Desk)
Cell phones must be turned off in all game areas.
You can charge your phones several places at the venue.
Smoking is only allowed outside in the designated areas.
